PRICING & CONDITIONS

PRICES & OPTIONALS:

• Participants: min. 25 to max. 50 pax
• 4-days / 3-nights tour: 18,500 ETB per person (payable in USD, EUR, GBP or ETB)
• Early bird discount: 700 ETB per person for registrations within Sunday 3 April
• Supplement for single tent: 1,500 ETB per person
• Upgrade single budget room in Bishangari Lodge: 1,500 ETB per person
• Upgrade double budget room in Bishangari Lodge: 1,000 ETB per person
• Upgrade single luxury room in Bishangari Lodge: 4,750 ETB per person
• Upgrade double luxury room in Bishangari Lodge: 3,750 ETB per person
• Older children 12-17 years: 13,000 ETB per child
• Young children 3-11 years: 8,000 ETB per child
• Infants until 3 years: Free
• Family discount: starting from 3 family members 800 ETB discount per child
• Discount for self-driving: 2,500 ETB per adult
• Additional night on Friday 29 April: 3,000 ETB per person
• Good quality mountain bikes can be rented for the whole weekend for 3,500 ETB.

INCLUSIONS:

•  3 camping nights in tents for 2 persons incl. rental tent & mattress;
•  all transfers and travels with private vehicles;
•  transport for bikes (from/to Addis & during the rides);
•  all meals as per itinerary (incl. water, coffee/tea, alcoholic drinks excluded);
•  refreshments & sandwiches for the rides & other activities;
•  guides for rides and hiking;
•  first aid support;
•  technician support.

EXCLUSIONS:

•  travel insurance;
•  sleeping bag;
•  fee for horse-riding, yoga or other not mentioned activities;
•  alcoholic drinks;
•  tipping;
•  all extras and personal expenditures.

BOOKING TERMS:

• If not agreed differently, the following payment and cancellation terms apply for bookings with Ride the Rift:
• At registration: 10% registration fee of total trip costs (non refundable)
• By Monday 25 April 2022: remaining payment
• We will send you all the necessary information for the payment and advise you to settle the payment as soon as possible to secure your place in the tours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Your booking will only be confirmed with payment of the registration fee. A cancellation must be reported to the organizers in written form and the following conditions apply:
•  At registration: registration fee (non-refundable), further payments made will be refunded
•  There will be no refund in the case of cancellation after Monday 25 April 2022
•  If for some unforeseen reason this tour does not happen, full refund will be given
